All the responses to Time were so defensive. This, unfortunately, is pretty typical of my brothers and sisters. Why not take the criticism to heart and see what we can do to improve. There are no Bibles in our Pew racks and no one looks up scriptures at Sacrament, as is done in many other churches. When scriptures are read, speakers rarely give me enough time to look them up. I dont carry a Bible with me on Sunday any more because I was never told to look up scriptures or given time to do so. Even the later Sunday Bible studies are not interactive, seldom use a Bible and are more lectures than studies of the Bible. Please try to focus on this constructive criticism and see what we can do to become better Bible students.
