All these post about Chapman hwy being to blame for all of these accidents and deaths are driving me crazy! Chapman hwy is NOT TO BLAME! Hiw about instead of blaming the road we start taking the blame! 1. USE TURN SIGNALS INSTEAD OF CUTTING PEOPLE OFF 2. PAY ATTENTION! YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE ON THE ROAD 3. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...PUT YOUR CELL PHONES DOWN!! 4 GO THE SPEED LIMIT! ITS PUT IN PLACE FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND FOR OTHERS! Chapman hwy wasnt to blame when Tyler Schaefer decided he was going to get drugged up and hit the Cedar Grove Baptist Church van on September 16th 2012 which killed the youth director and MY SISTER! Tyler himself was to blame. Its simple! If you go the speed limit , pay attention and put your phones down and drive sober there will be less accidents and less deaths! Get it together people! Its not a race track!
