All this Bowie talk on my timeline on the Facebook today. I remember the first time I heard Station to Station, I couldnt believe how one man created this amazing album. I accidentally watched Christiane F on some cable channel while babysitting (we Olney folk werent privileged enough to get cable tv till years later) and felt that this music made more sense than anything else going on at the time. I was destined to spend that summer in in LBI. A year later I asked this amazing airbrush artist to make a sweatshirt of Bowie. I still have it.
