All this indi stuff is giving me a head ache recently, heres the recent events from what Ive seen so far, as someone pretty simple to some of the things going on... Three stooges wandered up and told everyone here nothing new and went home again. They stayed in some pretty nice accommodation and ate well in the face of company saying were fed op of the rich getting richer with less and less help for the poor all to add exactly nothing to a conversation that features them less and less. Good show guys, stay classy. There were some possibly sketchy reports of Salmond talking about oil, and numbers being more inflated than they actually are. Thats all a bit sketchy, huh? Not too sure Im as willing to back someone who doesnt know what hes basing his figures on. Is there anything people can link to something which backs Salmonds numbers? I assume he didnt just pluck figures from the sky... Who did Salmond discuss this with to reach the conclusion he did? Speaking of shaky numbers, seems a bit weird that all the banks want out of Scotland and are making public statements about leaving... Scary! From my understanding the poll itself isnt what is causing the damage to the market, its George Osborne stating that it will be flat no to a currency union after the vote, of course unionist trash papers are blaming the 51% poll (which has already been flipped again?) but it seems more likely to me that the idiot with the red briefcase has done this on the back that it helps the trade value of the pound to weaken it, whilst simultaneously doing damage to Scottish business... I cant help but think its pretty reckless of him to do that since surely its not just Scottish businesses this hurts? Also, doesnt that make it harder for him to do his main job of paying back on debts that the UK has managed to garner? From my understanding thats his main job... Maybe Im missing some more info here, which is a possibility. So thats the troubles at home... Looks like a Yes vote comes with some harder trails than we first thought... But what do we currently deal with in the face of a no vote? Well.... That man Nigel Farrage is a pretty big reason for separation, and with his party gaining more and more favour, to the point that the Torries are calling for a substitution in the 60th minute for Nick Clegg out and Nigel in, I dont think Im interested in staying with that... Its pretty scary when your potential 2nd in charge of the country is showing highly xenophobic behaviour towards you... Then theres what powers people are going to fight for to help the clearly suffering Scotland people, because they are telling us that we might be getting closer to Devo max! That sounds promising, right? Oh... They are constantly telling each other that were actually going to have life harder? Oh! They have a trackable history of this sort of behaviour? Well thats not reinforcing any hope, is it? I like being part of the EU, thats pretty cool right? And theres an overwhelming poll result saying to leave the EU? Some politicians have said it will help control immigration, and there was a rather chuckle worthy quote recently saying it would help stop the foreign invasion... Talk about irony, huh? That on top the scaremongering that the rUK has been doing that we wouldnt be accepted into the EU in the result of a yes vote, but isnt there figures in the current council who are happy to fast track us because of our record inside the EU? TLDR I keep trying to keep up with the Referendum vote, but theres a lot still unclear... So far for me the race isnt first past the post... its who can shoot themselves in the feet the least amount of times... All discussion on this welcome, and infact Id love to hear some... Im kind of hoping to see some from both camps. More than willing to be dis-proven on things, since Im aware that Im not 100% sure on things.
