All this preemptive boarding up of buildings and rumors of business shutting down is evidence that the pathological fear of black and brown bodies is real and rampant. THIS assumptive behavior is why black boys get shot in the street. Thirty-six cities and all of St. Louis and Ferguson is waiting for the announcement because we know the decision has already been made. Brace yourself cabrones.
