All too often, I thank the IDF for their service and keeping the Jewish homeland safe. When you are surrounded by war and attacks, it tends to creep into the forefront of the mind. Not nearly enough, do I publicly say thank you to the men and women who keep me safe every day. The men and women of the United States Armed Forces sacrifice so much for each of us, not always their lives. While I have never served in the military but over the past few years I have developed a better understanding of what it means, the sacrifices it requires, and the true heroism it takes to do so. I am today, and forever, grateful to our veterans, past and present. Thank you all. You are true heroes.
