All we can say is thank you!... Greetings from a very satisfied (and warm) customer up here in Denver, PA. I keep wanting to let you guys know how thankful I am but never got er done! Now for a quick history of my 16 yr. old heat pump which finally bit the dust last Dec. 2013. Well i already was on your client list , I had a service visit in 2011. So my pump outside was not running at all. It just made a helpless clicking sound. I called the local heating and air co. here in East Cocalico and she said no one will be over to take a look till the following afternoon. I took a glance at the big yellow chart on my basement heat and placed a call right off to Onehour. By the way it was a few years ago I began noticing your colorful bright yellow vans!. It worked ONEHOUR was perfect for me. I dont want to bore you guys and just ramble on & on so Illl rap it up. Onehour showed up 2 hrs after my call , amazing ! The service man discovered some real serious issues with my old system. I was glad to hear the honest truth from the technician who gave me the facts and he went ahead and placed a call to your sales rep who arrived 45 minutes later in a bright yellow Ford Focus. Both men sat with me in my basement for at least 90 minutes hearing one another out which I needed at the time. Should I keep dumping good money into bad heat or go for a brand new modern system. the whole time they were here they just felt like family and I completely trusted them. So .. by the very next morning your yellow vans appeared and everything was installed by 11 am!!! My new Amana has not missed a beat since I got it seeming happy to get me through the bitter cold snaps silently and efficiently! So I am totally impressed by your company in the swiftness of action, the straight talk and the feeling that I got just the perfect heat pump for my house and no body else could sell it to me and install it all so quickly for the price!!!!!!!
