All week long the advocates for and against gay marriae have been calling and trying to conduct surveys...but they really dont want to hear what we have to say they want to keep it to yes and no answers...are you kidding me? This is not a yes or no issue. There are so many mahus in my life and I have no qualms with them or who they are. And I understand why they want to be able to get married...because the damn government will not let them share their lives and what they build with each other like man and woman marriages. So they have to push for this because of the damn stupid law....well if I am not mistaken marriage is a biblical thing and it is between man and woman. So maybe what has to be considered is the law(s) that are screwing over their relationships. Maybe that law needs to be adjusted, maybe a law needs to be created that allows for these human beings created by God to form a union just dont call it marriage. After all it is different and so its ok if it has a different name right? I dont think we should be redefining what the term marriage means .... we just need to give the mahus a term for their unions and laws that protect their lives together as a couple that creates their life the way they want it...nothing wrong with that....accept and move forward. They have every right to do that. In turn they need to understand that others have very deep beliefs based on their religious beliefs that dont accept and allow for these unions. And they cannot be suing them or screaming discrimination because they dont want to perform the weddings or take the pictures or participate in any shape or form...its about tolerance for each other and each others beliefs....respect for each other and allowing for things and people who are different...man and woman have marriage...mahus have...fill in the blank ....and we will all be fine...so its not a yes or no answer its a lets figure it out answer...
