Alla Svezia è piaciuto Mater Morbi: Ci scrive il suo editore in quei lidi. The Swedish Arts Council (Kulturrådet) has selected Mater Morbi for distribution support. What this means is that they will buy copies of the book, which are then distributed to libraries in all municipalities of Sweden. Although the distribution support has a specific budget for graphic novels, it is notoriously difficult to get for mainstream comics such as Dylan Dog. Primarily this support is given to Swedish graphic novels that are made in a much more artistic style. I have applied for the previously published Dylan books also, but those applications were denied. Mater Morbi, however, was considered important enough to receive this support. Overall, the critical response for all Dylan Dog books I have published so far has been great, but extra good for Mater Morbi.
