Alla was born in Kiev the capital of hospitable and green country Ukraine . As a little girl Alla saw miraculous Swan Lake and Classical Ballet with its poetry, dynamic lines, impressively light arms , legs creating the illusion of infinity caught her heart forever. Classical music causes me horripilation and makes every cell of my body tremble , says Alla . At the age of 9 she started her training in ballet at Kiev Palace of Culture where the same year she did her first steps on the stage. The mystic journey to Indian Classical Dance started in 2001 when she was granted the ICCR scholarship to learn Bharatnatyam. It was a year latter when she saw Yamini Reddy performing Divine Krishna Shabdham . It was a real treat, full of energy and classical detail , grace and elegance , innocence and maturity , divine love and play. That moment Alla decided to devote her life , body and sole to the Dance of Temple . Kuchipudi to me is like a priceless Stradivari violin to play on which is pleasure and luxury .
