Allah didnt detail any concept of Fiqh in the Quran as He did the inheritance law. This is to emphasize the importance of this law. After mentioning a few of the rulings related to the inheritance law, Allah says, These are Allahs limits, and whoever obeys Allah and His Apostle, He will cause him to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide in them; and this is the great achievement. Despite such importance and details given to the inheritance law by Allah Himself, most Muslims in the world fall into two deviances upon the death of a loved one. 1- Some fight over the wealth turning a blind eye to all the details mentioned by Allah in the Quran. 2- Others shy down from bringing up the fact that Allah has detailed this law in His book and that a Muslim must submit to the will of God! They shy down from bringing this up as they maybe labeled greedy and inconsiderate by the direct relatives of the deceased. May Allah give us the Tawfiq to implement His injunctions and not let our emotions cause us to fall short!
