Allah says in Surah Al Araf, And we have certainly created for Hell many of the jinn and mankind.They have hearts with which they do not understand, they have eyes with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not hear. Those are like cattle (livestock); rather, they are more astray. It is they who are the heedless. (7:179) SubhanAllah what an example! The reference is to the cattles inability to think and reason, while blindly following the stuff they are accustomed to. But then, some of us are worse than cattle...as the cattle follow their instincts that Allah has given them and they submit to Allah, While we as sane humans, are absorbed in ignorance and all the worldly desires and glitter...not being concerned with Allahs rules and prohibitions, failing to use our intellect to choose between right and wrong! Are not we supposed to be the Best of all creations ?! May Allah guide us! aameen!
