Allegations are that Texas Parks and Wildlife has a serious problem with racism in hiring and promotion, according to this lawsuit. These cases are a little harder to defend when the numbers prove the allegations. If you are a large organization and African Americans make up less than 3% of your workforce, there may very well be a problem.
