Allegedly a US soldier killed a 26 years old transgender named Jennifer in a Lodge in Olongapo City. Jennifer was found dead by a cashier in the Lodge strangled and head dumped in a toilet bowl. The US soldier is part of the Philippines and US Visiting Forces Agreement. ( REMINDER: If you are a transgender dont HIDE your identity to the man that you are with to avoid crime of passion.) He is now under the custody of his commander in their military ship docked in Olongapo City. Hopefully this soldier would be punished and not again go scot-free and just send back home as usual.
