Allergies VS Flu Virus Both are very similar in systems like runny nose, sore throats, itchy uvula (that weird thing above the throat in the upper mouth), fever, sweat hot or cold, headache, coughing, sneezing and respiratory difficulties in breathing. Allergies here in Canada mainly on the West coast are treated and mistakenly identified as the flu virus. Flu shot many people can react to because body can be allergic to the following eggs, Mercury Gas, and formaldehyde Gas. Also your body may already be immune to the virus, a natural carrier of the flu virus (dormant host), reacted allergy to the vaccine itself, and so on. The flu shot is only 60% affective and the other 40% start asking questions. The News regarding the flu virus only state 3% of the truth regarding the basic business facts that public will listen to. So if you like chocolate like I do and you wonder why is my throat so itchy, sore and sneezing is more than likely a allergic reaction to Chocolate. Although if you eat way to much chocolate and run faster then the flash to the porcelain gods than ya your sick but still not the flu virus. Allergies can last for a few hours, few days or a full season. The point before you think its the flu treat yourself first for allergic reaction and if you dont know how to tell then ask your doctor. 80% of British Columbian think they are sick and ya they maybe right mentally.
