Allow me to make some suggestion to help our great club - GOR MAHIA FC. In 1970s - 1980s and early 90s Kogalo had very vibrant GOR MAHIA BRANCHES .....the main job of these branches was to scout for young talent in the grassroots and help the main club sign those players. The 1987 team that lifted the Mandela Cup comprised of players who had been identified by various Gor Mahia branches between 1979 - 1982 .......the only new player in that 1987 team was my great friend, PETER DAWO. He had been signed by Kogalo that same year. Can we push for more powers for our GOR MAHIA BRANCHES?????? Let the branches identify talent in the grassroots, nurture the players in the grassroots and eventually ....see them sign with Gor Mahia wuon timbe ....mano e kwayona otieno ma sani ka amulo poda.
