Alls well that ends well. After I reached out to the Yelper with an apology for the poor customer service he received at our store, he not only upgraded his review from two stars to 5 stars but also modified his review! He said he was having a bad day that day and appreciated the fact that I cared enough to reach out to him. That was a totally unexpected outcome, but Im glad that he was willing to give us a second chance. I normally dont let each review affect me personally but this one was a good reminder of the importance of customer service.
