Allstate do the right thing by my neighbor Patrick Fortner and take care of him. You know, put him in good hands. Heres the complaint: ** Complaint Narrative: Four separate professionals -- one licensed home inspector, two roofers, and one independent, licensed adjuster -- have all said my homes roof was hail damaged and warranted full replacement under the terms of my policy. One Allstate adjuster and one Allstate-hired roofer said otherwise and Allstate denied the claim. I have shingles from my roof, as well as photos from all four professionals. I was under a time constraint to replace the roof due to a pending sale and I suspect Allstate denied the claim, knowing that I did not have time to go through their arbitration-like process. ** Fair Resolution: Repayment of the money I paid the roofer to replace the roof.
