Almighty Allaah says in the Qur’an: “O you who have believed, enter into Islam completely [and perfectly] and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.” [Qur’an 2:208]. Say (O Muhammad SAW to mankind): If you (really) love Allaah then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic Monotheism, follow the Quran and the Sunnah), Allaah will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. [Qur’an 3:31]. And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it), and fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is Severe in punishment. [Qur’an 59:7]. [Surah Al-A’raf 7, Verse 36] But those who reject Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and treat them with arrogance, they are the dwellers of the (Hell) Fire, they will abide therein forever. Allaahu [SWT] said: Then do remember Me; I will remember you. Be greatful to Me, and reject not faith. [Q2:152]. But whosoever turns away from My message, verily for him is a life narrowed down, and We shall raise him up blind on the Day of Judgment. [Quran 20:124]. If anyone withdraws himself from the remembrance of the Most Gracious, We appoint for him a Satan, to be an intimate companion to him. [Quran 43:36].
