Almost 6 years ago, Kevin Negrete had the opportunity to purchase everything related to Ev Storey and his inventions that the Henkel Family possesses. He decided to extort, through threat of personal destruction, the formula in response. 2 years later, they had an official legal offer for payment of $25 million to the Henkels for Nuscience to take possession of all personal artifacts of Ev Storey in possession of the Henkels, including The Formula. Nuscience/Deutrel, Kevin Negrete, The Rhotens, and Michael Saltz then attempted to frame this as extortion to the FBI, including failed telephone conversation attempts by Kevin Negrete and Michael Saltz to frame Michael and Robert Henkel as criminal extortionists who just crawled out of a crack, when in reality, it had been 3 years since my brothers first offer to them, and 2 years since Nuscience first filed their lawsuit against Robert. At the end of these calls which rendered Negrete and Saltz integrity worthless and their motives obviously criminal, with the FBI listening, after tiring of their entrapment game and being repeatedly asked what he wanted and responding to make it right with Robert, Michael told them $160 million and half of your business. Otherwise, youre wasting my time. And hung up. So, now they have their third offer, but still refuse to settle 2 years later. It is obviously too late to sweep this all under the rug, and I am certain they are kicking themselves for not taking the offers when they still might have been able to have a future and prevent the avalanche of troubles now burying them. But thats what greed and arrogance begets. Complete corruption and utter stupidity. Nuscience and Deutrel are the new poster children of Legal Entanglement.
