Almost half a year ago, a reader challenged me to take belly dancing. So I did. What belly dance taught me was that I was unable to posteriorally tilt my pelvis enough to get into neutral to perform a shimmie. And all the other moves... If you cant get to neutral, you probably cant control the abdominal muscles, breath you need to move your pelvis a la bellydance. I have since been working on it, and Im happy to say I can quite possibly ALMOST get to neutral now. Its been a frustrating road, but Im almost there. I guess what Im trying to say is, try different styles of dance and movement because you never know what weaknesses might be exposed. Get excited when you find a weakness, because its just an opportunity to make your pelvis more level ;) https://youtube/watch?v=iLeipzCbIRY
