Almost three years in two months since my brother was man-slaughtered downtown Victoria, and it doesnt really seem to make sense how someone could take a life of a person and only gets 6 months of jail time for killing someone who had so much life ahead of him.When the parole hearing took place Brandon finally admitted he killed Tyler and it was not self defense. He also has abandoned his appeal. Huth attacked Tys character because he had no other defense and then admits he lied to the parole board just so he can get out. How does our government and our criminal justice system demonstrate to our country that violence is not okay as well as killing an innocent person; when criminals are out on the streets after 6 months? My heart breaks knowing your life got cut short due to such a senseless act. Love you forever and always my beautiful angel, and please say no to violence xo.
