Almost went blind due to a tumor pressing against my optic nerves. Hormone imbalance which cause fluctuations in my weight. That condition developed gynecomastia in my chest. Depression and low self-esteem. Sprain my ACL which added more weight. And yet by the grace of God I overcame it all. I didnt allow my condition to be my conclusion and neither should you. Keep pushing, keep fighting. I couldve made excuses but I didnt. Come up with a game plan, stick to it, put in the work and I promise those results will come. With many goals in life, its a marathon not a sprint. Trust God and trust the process. Whoever this is for... I pray for your strength. I pray you keep fighting. I pray God strengthens you throughout this journey. And no matter how it looks, how tough it is or how much it hurts...YOU KEEP FIGHTING!!! Surround yourself with positive, like minded individuals that will build you up and not tear you down. In Jesus name...Amen. Stay encouraged, stay determined.
