Aloe as I recal has many healing qualities, did you know if a child cuts or grazes his/her knee then you just need a little of the sap from the aloe plant to touch the open wound and this will heal very quickly. I live in bedford and right now want some aloe plants and can not think where to buy one. I often think the old plant name of Mother-in tongue plant may be from the same family. also I do recall some specialised toothe pastes may also contain aloe, which may help combat tooth decay and bleeding.
