Aloha Everyone, As we enter september and the kids go back to school, the east coast nature turns stunning, Europe gets cold (north of Alps) and S. California stays hot and sunny (rain please!!!) I am certainly happy to be home from a 4 continent, 8 country, 25 city 3 month tour which included Master classes, Workshops, Training Immersions and Retreats. Ive never solicited an invitation to lead classes in other places so i feel through me (and many others) the universe is working to spread the love and healing content of yoga! I feel each invitation is an honor and privilege which is why i rarely turn down an invitation, although with 3 growing kids i do now more than ever and its not easy for me. Yet i love Los Angeles and i love being here. There is nothing better for me (other than hugging my kids) than getting off a plane at LAX after a long trip! We really have something special here! Those of you who live in other places please feel welcome to visit. There is so much happening here, Sunshine, Venice beach, incredible friendly people and ESPECIALLY the Yoga scene which is the largest and most creative on this planet. I want to thank all of you in my home community for not giving to much s**t about being on the road so often and returning to class once Im home:) How do they know? I literally have set a video camera in my class (and a few other teachers) so we can deliver classes to the planet. normal 1 1/2 hour classes as well as shorter ones.
