Aloha Kanaina heirs! My name is Frank Weight, a trustee of KA AHA HILINAI O PAMAHOA IRREVOCABLE TRUST, whose beginnings is the result of a meeting of the Napoleon Ohana that took place on Friday, Aug 24, 2007. As agreed, we are to acquire our interests to our family lands. Since we were the only heirs available at the time of the creation of our trust we could only secure the interests of our immediate children. But it has always been in our hearts this endeavor is to ultimately benefit all our ohana as heirs, especially concerning potential financial and living accommodations on our property. It is to this means we dedicate our efforts. A copy of our timeline of events is available on request. Since then, we have researched and compiled all royal patents concerning our heirship interests with Charles Kanaina, William Charles Lunalilo and Queen Kalama, establishing KA AHA HILINAI O PAMAHOA IRREVOCABLE TRUST, Doc. 2008-007132, 2008-007133, 2008-007134, 2008-007135, filed in the Bureau of Conveyance, Jan 16, 2008. The Grantors are Barry Napoleon, Naomi Napoleon, Dianne Castro (for Nathan), Jo Kahuanui (for Dorcus) and Maltbie Napoleon (for Walter). Grantor/Trustees, are Dianne Castro, Jo Kahuanui, Frank Weight, Darren Robinson and Maltbie Napoleon. On February 6 2008, Doc. 2008-017782, public notice by advertisement was given in the Maui News, Kauai News and Hawaii Business News of our claims to all lands in trust and any disputes in title should be directed to the trustees. On May 30, 2008, Doc. 2008-088330, a notice of non-response was filed as constructive notice in the Bureau of Conveyances, that, to date, we have received no response or disputes in our title. In order to substantiate our claims the trustee’s decided to enter into legal disputes for portions of our property located in Laie and Lahaina, Maui. Maltbie currently has a claim in the case of PIONEER MILL COMPANY, LIMITED and KAHAOMA LAND LLC., in the Land Court of the First Circuit, Island of Oahu, Ld. Ct. App. No. 439(amended), Ld. Ct. Case No. 09-0300, and HOVEY B. LAMBERT, trustee under the Hovey B. Lambert Trust, an unrecorded Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated April 5, 2002, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Island of Oahu, Civil No. 09-1-2529-10. For purposes of service on Plaintiff/Defendants, Maltbie has created a website to view updates at, https://sites.google/site/kameeiamokuohana/ and kameeiamoku.yolasite/ As a trustee for KA AHA HILINAI O PAMAHOA IRREVOCABLE TRUST, Maltbie has been asked to represent our trust but since he is not duly constituted to practice law in this kingdom, CC1884, Title 4, Chapter XXI, Section 1969, he entered claims, pro se, as any restitution/assets/interest, in these cases may be transferred to the trust estate as agreed. In the proceedings Maltbie argued, that, under the prolonged illegal U.S. occupation of Hawaii, he has been deprived of a fair and regular trial which violates U.S. constitutional law and the Geneva Convention, IV, construed as a war crime, under Title 18 U.S.C. § 2441. His assertive arguments with evidence is supported by law and is undisputed. As a matter of course, in these cases, on October 30 and November 6, 2012, Maltbie appraised ADMIRAL SAMUEL J. LOCKLEAR III, USN, U.S. Pacific Commander at Camp Smith, Oahu, that, he investigate said violations, as the legitimate authority and commission to investigate and prosecute for violations of Title 18 USC Section 2441. Recently, because of Admiral Locklear’s failure to investigate these charges, Maltbie has filed War Crime Complaints against the perpetrators in each case, containing a CD of all documents as supporting evidence to the International Criminal Court, ICC, Office of the Prosecutor, Hague, Netherlands and Office of United Nations High Commission of Human Rights (OHCHR), Geneva, Switzerland. See, KA AHA HILINAI O PAMAHOA, on Facebook. It has always been with high hopes that, we as heirs, move onto our land. That being said, we have chosen Laie as a possible site with thousands of acres of open land. As a legal responsibility, KA AHA HILINAI O PAMAHOA IRREVOCABLE TRUST has requested a formal title search be initiated to any Hawaiian subject, our Ohana, requesting to move onto our Laie site. Our progress is slow and cautious but we are continuing to investigate several sites concerning water, electricity, access and support. It is our belief that our endeavors will not only protect our interests in the public view as well as the Hawaii court system but also show our people they have similar course to take their case to the international level to secure our land interests and our nation. Any heirs wishing to attend our meetings may do so. Frank Weight
