Aloha kakahiaka!! Good morning. Well this first lesson is very simple and a word I know you always hear. But the meaning of aloha is deep. You must respect this word as it is shown here . Do not worry about the pronunciations of the words in Hawaiian just the meanings in English. Now Aloha (ah-LO-ha) itself is a greeting. You can use it to say hello & good-bye. This post I said aloha kakahiaka meaning Good morning kakahiaka(kah-kah-HE-ah-kah). The night is po but it was told to me that po meaning darkness should never be put in the same sentence with aloha.
