Along with Now Playing Austin, the Austin Creative Alliance is a fiscal sponsor for projects that present over 200 performances and cultural events listed each year. We are also the leading civic advocate for the creative community, working with government and business leaders to secure funding for the creative sector and ensure that the arts community is a strong voice in the discussion about Austin’s future. Now we need your help. A portion of ACA’s funding for the upcoming fiscal year has fallen through, and as Austin grows, the demands on our programs are only increasing. To make up this shortfall, we are launching a community membership campaign called “Keep Austin Creative” with the goal of raising $50,000 and enlisting 1000 new members.
