Along with essential nutritional data (see what I did there? Essential as in cant make it yourself), the nutrition course is also instructing how to create diets for various diseases, with in depth explanations of how and why the disease develops. So far this semester Ive had symptoms of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, IBS, celiac disease, and now cardiovascular disease. Who else becomes diseased when reading about one??? This text book is as bad as the internet for self-diagnosis...
