REQUIREMENTS All applicants must fill the application forms Form 19 Be a Kenyan Citizen Duly completed Passport application form Form 19 Applicant’s Birth, Adoption or Registration (original and photocopy) Certificate In some instances an applicant’s parent(s) birth certificate maybe required New generation National Identity Card (original and copy) Three coloured Passport size photographs of the applicant with one of photos duly certified as true likeness of the applicant by the recommender Certified copy of the recommender’s National Identity Card(not an immediate relative) (In case of children /people under the age of 18 years of age, written Consent from Father or legal guardian) CHARGES A series 4,500 (32 pages passport booklet) B series 6,000 (48 pages passport booklet) C series 7,500 (64 pages passport booklet) ^GJ
