Alot of media interest at Kuraby Mosque today where approx 25 Christian representatives led by David Busch spoke as one in support of the Muslim community and condemned attacks against mainly women. Mohamad Abdalla condemned what is referred to (wrongly) as Islamic State explaining they are not Islamic. He also said no matter how many Muslim leaders condemn IS, it is rarely reported, but anyone supporting IS is presented as representing the community and this is fuelling unrest. Very positive event. Disappointing only 2 politicians took the initiative to attend.
