Alright, Day 2 of Vi Shape supplementation and about day 5 of FitBit. As my data builds Im getting used to inputting various stuff and Im enjoying seeing the trends on FitBit. Frank E E Grubich is right, it does make you want to keep moving. It also has shown me that apparently Ive become used to super low calorie intake as when I was pigging out during last week, I was still only intaking around 1000-1200 calories, 1400 being my top day were I felt totally stuffed/bloated (high sodium from store bought vegan chili). Interesting how quickly things become the new regular. So, for me, the gameification/quantification of fitness is effective. I am enjoying the initial physical feeling of Vi Shape and Vi Slim. Solid sustained energy, only a bit of left over hunger/crave from the sugar addiction of my weakfish of pig out time. Processed foods and gluten is no joke, one meal over minimum or no levels means instant addiction/craving for me and a lot of other people. I am contemplating eating meat again just for the build phase of my Vi 90 days, but only meat from wild animals killed by hunters. If anyone wants to learn about this Vi product line, there is a Challenge event where you can see results learn about product, try product etc. Basically a reason for you to get out of your old routine and take an hour to start some real sustainable life change.
