Alright FB amigos; am about to make some Chili w/beans. I am not very good at this dish, cant get any consistency. I have two lbs of 81% lean, grass-fed ground beef, canned tomatos, several kinds of peppers, multiple variants of onions, fresh garlic, and every imaginable spice. I generally buy leaner meat. How do you do this part? Do you drain the beef after you brown it in a pan? Or do you transfer all to the crock-pot (my inent) for longer cooking and stewing?
