Alright FB fam I am getting ready for the fall fitness challenge starting 10/1/14. Proper diet is central to this challenge but Im hitting the weights too (plus resistance bands, weight balls.) Start researching your exercises now. My plan is to work out 4x week Mon upper bod Tuesday aerobic/tabatas Wed lower bod Thurs crossfit/core Fri or sat optional bonus day for extra cardio (ie run stairs, spin, cycle,hike,etc). Goal: a healthy lifestyle, a modest 4 pack, and toned arms. Lets Do this!!
