Alright Folks! If you are at all the same as me then you are probably getting sick of the same old abdominal exercises. The basic sit-ups, crunches, decline sit-ups, etc. really start to get boring over the years. Over the last several years I have been coming up with my own creative and very effective abdominal and oblique exercises and this has definitely kept me motivated to train core and to somewhat enjoy it at the same time. Check out this Ab Stepper exercise I came up with quite a while back. I love this exercise because it hits the abdominal muscles and obliques at the same time.
