Alright Miss Taryn N Tarver, here you go! Im going public. This plan was really easy, as long as you PLAN!!! If you fail to plan, plan to fail. PERIOD! Make your meats ahead of time, have your veggies cut/cooked and ready to grab! I forgot how much I LOVE asparagus without grease and butter.... it was DELISH in just the organic chicken broth and sea salt! I could go on forever here... .but have to shout out IEisha, my GIRL!! THANK YOU for sharing and bringing me to this program..... it changed my life, seriously! Good luck if youre just starting out, its really easy and the pounds literally just come off!
