Alright all of my 30-Day Challengers!! Are you getting pumped!! One of my top secrets to success is NEVER MISS A MONDAY - so I started my day with this quick and effective core circuit that gets your abs from all directions and will really sculpt a strong, functional and beautiful stomach (leg warmers optional lol) I LOVE my Swiss Ball - do you like using them? Here are the moves from todays Ab Circuit: 1⃣ Ball Pass Thrus (bend your knees if the straight leg is too intense) 2⃣ Upper Ab Crunch (dont pull on your neck) 3⃣ Knee Tucks 4⃣ Pikes (these are advanced - do them once youve mastered the knee tucks) 5⃣ Back Extensions - dont skip this one, its just as important as the rest for a really strong core! ➡️ In all cases, keep your belly button pulling into your spine to help engage the transverse abdominals, your cores natural stabilizer which will protect your back. ➡️ Try doing 10 of each 2-3 rounds.
