Alright, anyone want to share their grocery budget and tips/tricks? We spend a whopping $250/week on groceries & paper supplies/cleaners and that barely cuts it. Eating out is a major stretch for us. We dont buy convenience foods such as nuggets or deli meat & I make almost everything from scratch (no mixes) except for tortillas & goldfish. We mostly eat meat, fresh or canned veggies, & a ton of fruit. We do feed the neighbor kids a few meals a week. We all 6 eat 3 meals a day from home so it comes down to $6/day/person. Is it even possible to do it for less?!?
