Alright boys and girls, its that time again! Pre-Season lifting is upon us! Starting Monday August 25th Ill be in the weight room at least Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Most Tuesdays and Thursdays as well but for now lets stick to 3 days. This is the perfect time to get stronger, faster, and better than you were yesterday. EVERYONE benefits from increased strength (yes, even backs). So come see me in the weight room (East end of the school) right after school on those days. Its that scary place with loud noises and crappy music from 10 years ago. And I understand it can be intimidating. Some of you this will likely be a traumatic experience that will haunt you forever. Others might show up one day, listen to my advice on what to do first, only to completely ignore it and do some dumbbell curls in a tank top wearing your latest chain from Hot Topic. The remaining few will reap the rewards of a consistent and well built program that has produced a lot of high quality athletes from Brunswick. Tag a buddy that should be in there. Everyone loves a challenge so while youre dumping buckets of water on yourself tag someone who clearly doesnt even lift who very well should.
