Alright everybody, time to set the record straight about bananas. Theyre all sugar. Theyre not nutritionally dense. As my mother would say: bull pucky. They have MANY health benefits besides sugar and potassium. Dont let yourself be brainwashed by some person who has decided bananas are bad...who is that guy anyway?? Ask a nutritionist, doctor, dietitian and they will all endorse the brave banana. Theyre low on calories They have NATURAL sugar, which is GOOD FOR YOU They have fiber They have Vitamin B6 (energy anyone?) They are a good source of Vitamin C (forget the oranges) And They have manganese (which is a trace mineral: you only need small amounts of this, but you REALLY need it and its only in certain foods). Check out the straight up facts and be educated, not dogmad!
