Alright everyone, here is the situation. Even at the very low price that we set for tickets, we need 90 people to attend the reunion to break even. Out of a class of 400 or so, we thought that was a reasonable expectation. We have encouraged, cajoled, threatened cancellation and price increases, and basically pleaded with people to come and to get their friends to come. So far we have sold only 42 tickets. That is well short of where we need to be. If we are going to have an event at the Elks Lodge on August 2, we have to pay the balance of the rental fee and half of the caterers fee by one week from today, July 2. In order to pull this off, we are making one last ditch effort to sell tickets. For that reason, we are opening the reunion up to anyone who wants to come from the Class of 1982 through the Class of 1986. We figure that will capture just about everyone we would have known well in school. Sooooo, if you are in this FB group and you are from any of those classes, come on down on August 2. Roll over to the alumni site and buy tickets. Tell your friends from those classes about our little shindig and get them there too!! The link is below.
