Alright folks, big things are already in progress and new big things are about to start! If you havent peeked in the windows of the fitness center yet, you should stop by! New, fresh bright colors are up on the walls, new floors will be in this weekend and some NEW equipment will be coming shortly!! Ill post some before & after photos once its complete. The other exciting news is that the leasing office is about to get a MUCH needed makeover and you can benefit from our chaos because we have a lot of furniture that HAS GOT TO GO! Keep your eyes open for an album with pictures of things for sale that should be up in just a moment. Pretty much everything is available but please talk to Katie if youre interested. There are no set prices, its first come first serve, best offer wins and it has to be OUT of the office by close of business on Monday January 20th as construction is slated to begin on TUESDAY!
