Alright friends and family its time for me to come clean. Ive been trying to hold off on telling people this but the word is starting to spread. Three weeks ago I went through surgery. It was a decision that I have been weighing for a long time. My constant struggle with my weight had hit a tipping point and I felt that I needed some help. (running and working out just werent doing the trick). So I got the vertical sleeve done. I have been taking some short videos and pics to document my surgery and recovery. I will post what I have now and then one every two weeks after. Watch em if you want. Ive love 50 pounds since just before the surgery. Oh feel free to skip through video one.
