Alright guys, here it is! We have less than 2 weeks until we go on! I have some art projects to fill the last few days of your break. This is what we need: 1. 3-4 movie-style posters representing different fairy tales that we can use as background during Brothers Grimm. Im thinking things like this Sleeping Beauty poster. The simpler and bolder, the better. If done on poster board, needs to be done vertically, so they will fit on the set pieces. 2. 2-3 Romeo and Juliet Coming Soon posters 3. A large sign with Disney written in (preferably in the Disney font) 4. Two cardboard wings (preferably with feathers) for Tyrics bird 5. As many advertisement posters as we can make. Im going to print up a bunch of flyers that Vanessa and Ariana designed to bring around to classrooms, but we need some serious advertising. Make sure all details are noted: the names of all 4 shows (Brothers Grimm Spectacular, The Empty Chair, Bad Auditions by Bad Actors and Impromptu), January 9th and 10th, 7:00 pm in the auditorium, $3.00 per ticket, tickets onsale during all lunches on Wed, Thurs and Fri. --> These must be given to me during our break rehearsals or brought to my classroom before first block on Monday. If you decide to tackle any of the projects, please note that here and then follow through! I also need volunteers to hang posters and deliver flyers during 1st block on Monday. Dont forget we have rehearsal this week on Friday and Saturday, from 8-10 am at the school. Enter through the back ROTC door if you get there early. Every rehearsal during our last week is FULL dress rehearsal! All costumes must be present every day. We only have FOUR full rehearsals and then its time! Kristen Boone and Zach Carla Earnest)-- we also have rehearsal for competition Mon-Thurs as well, so come prepared for that! Vanessa Angel-- how did your shopping go? Marriah Ramos-- we need backstage people. Were in trouble if Amanda Taylor Gainer doesnt get some help in the light booth. See who you can round up.
