Alright guys, its time to start hashing over the details of our recruitment strategy for the fall. The big-picture strategy is to do everything we can to lower the barriers to four major developmental milestones for new fighters: 1) Trying fighting for the first time 2) Coming back to a second practice 3) Becoming a regular attendee 4) Attending Oktoberfest Im going to make a series of posts discussing the specific strategies to approaching those milestones. Please discuss what you think went well last year and what you think we can do better this year.
