Alright guys so we were talking about what to eat.. After our group training I went up to Le marche Doka and got myself the best tasting organic vegetables on this planet to fuel me back up from Kanehsatake farm I went home and made: Salad such as spring mix and kale (Rich in vitamins & low in calories Etc..) Tomatoes (rich source of vitamin A and C, Antioxidants Etc..) Onions (regulate blood sugar, increase immunity, reduces inflammation ETC...) 3/4 tbsp. of Olive Oil (heart healthy, reduce inflammation, helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels Etc...) And Balsamic vinegar.. With that I had some skinless chicken(Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, hair, nails and blood, lets just say every cell in the body.) And to top it off I made a shake with 1 cup O.J., 1 cup water, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (highest antioxidant of all fruits, aid in reducing belly fat, and risk factors for cardiovascular disease Etc..), and a tsp. of Matcha tea (again powerful antioxidant)!! Shake was made in an inexpensive blender you can get at local store called the Ninja.. I dont even want to say this but compare this meal to a processed white bread bologny sandwich. Next time you go to the store, if you dont know what it sais on the ingredients list, then put the BOX down, infact dont get anything from a box anyways! Next time you go to a store in search of vitamin suppliments, you might want to take another look at you diet. Its important to fill ourselves up with these foods on a day to day basis and stay active as well. Keep It up everyone!!
