Alright, here is the LOW DOWN!! Attached are the Freshwise III Venue Map & the Vendor Map. Also attaching the wavier and Instagram-ready images just in case. Please print the waiver, fill-out, and bring to the event. Hand this to a Volunteer/Staff. - - NOTES - - The main lot is only named that because it was the ‘only’ lot until we realized we needed more space. We worked our butts off and talked to the property owner next door to get that space too - please be considerate of both lots in terms of trash and what not. There will be one entrance to begin with. Once the Main Lot is full, we will begin funneling everyone to use the secondary “Vendor Entrance”. As the event progresses, we will use the right exit to let folks out of the main lot and then vendor entrance to let the folks out of the Overflow/Auxiliary Lot. As the event nears the end, we will open up all entrances to become exits. We will position folks as best we can. The maps that are attached are the desired parking situations, but are guesses at-best. We expect a big turnout and may have to adjust parking in the overflow lot just before the big crowd shows up - this is all going to be very much reactive in nature, but we’re doing some prep to be as proactive as possible. Volunteers/Staff will be stationed at all entrances to help organize the above movement Volunteers/Staff will be stationed throughout the event’s venue (both lots) to answer question, help with organization, and in general, have a good time with everyone else. Please respect what we’re trying to do here, we’re adding some structure to help the event be as smooth AS POSSIBLE. Volunteer/Staff will be wearing green shirts with yellow wristbands - - - - - - - Please respect Freshwise staff/volunteers and one another. This event is intended and will be fun, please dont ruin it and have some patience. This event is led and organized by car enthusiasts just like you guys. We all took the time to try to build this event to a nice steady-state before game day tomorrow. Now let’s have us some fun!!
