Alright just did our hall walk through everything looks awesome. Tannis Coady we do have access to microphone as well as speakers so dont worry on that front. The floor plan will be relatively the same as what I posted below. Look for your name on the tables, remember to bring table coverings. If you need additional chairs it will not be a problem. If you need extension cords please bring your own. If you need outlets and I did not assign you to a wall space you need to let me know right now so we can make those changes before tomorrow. At the end if everyone can help clean up by putting your table away and chairs, that would be excellent if you can help longer and go that extra mile by helping clean the rest of the hall that would be amazing, please note that $500 damage deposit is money for Angel Whispers so we must do our absolute best to get those funds returned to us by making sure the place is super clean. Other than that the fee for the hall was $ 250 and that was paid today. Not bad ladies. Lets share this event and get some more traffic! We are so excited!!
