Alright ladies and gents!!! Im trying my best to get organized here because I have so many of you that want and need my help. First, I cant tell you how amazing that feeling is to know Im inspiring so many people. 😘😘😘 Second, I want you all to know that Im going to help each one of you. Im going to guide you to the best of my ability online. If any of you are in my area feel free to hire me as your trainer. Third, I do not have my nutrition certificate yet so I cant write individualized meal plans but I can suggest foods and share recipes. Fourth, follow me on Facebook. Read my posts everyday for inspirational thoughts and dont forget to share them so we can spread the word. Fifth, send me your first name, age, weight, height and location. Sixth, check in with me everyday as possible. Im tracking all of you so please share with me your progress pics, measurements. Share with me and others your progress. Whether you ate healthy all day, you resisted a piece of sweet or whatever your crutch is, you walked extra steps. SHARE IT AND TAG ME so all the people who are trying and follow me can support you as well. Seventh, NO MORE SODAS!!!! This is my biggest NO NO. I hate them!!! Eighth, yes you must take pics, you will be so glad you did. You dont have to post them now but you will one day. Take your measurements!! Ninth, No Excuses!!! There are so many ways to incorporate exercise into your busy schedules and I will post stuff everyday on how to do it. I will post training regimens for you to do. Tenth, this is for YOU. You have one body, one mind, and one soul ❤️love it, feed it, and take care of it!!! Stay Determined and Dedicated!!!
