Alright ladies! (in my best Lee Ermey imitation) Masculine Body Posture: Tighten your core (Not flex). Thrust your stomach slighty foward and lean back. Your spines will naturally straighten. Your shoulders will naturally broaden and pull back. Your Barlow jaws naturally become tucked and level out at the neck. Feel confident, centered, and balanced like the immovable statue of steel you lads are! You should see those boys of mine marching around in their jammies. Little tiger cubs they are for sure!
